How long does it take to ship an order?
3-5 business days, our warehouse ships out order on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Why is my order on hold?
All orders are placed on hold until your order ships out.
Why haven’t I been charged for my order yet?
We don’t process your payment until your order ships.
I was charged for my order but the charge disappeared.
When placing an order we do a pre-authorization charge which is a pending transaction to see if you have the funds available, the holds can fall off in 3-5 business days but the final charge will be processed once your order ships.
Do you have an ETA on when my ammo will be restocked?
We can not provide an ETA when the ammo will be restocked- We do have the notify me option available under the out of stock ammo, you can click that option and choose to be notified once the ammo is restocked.
Do you have any sales or promo codes?
We do offer a 5% off your first order when you sign up for our newsletter and create an account- By signing up for the newsletter you will be notified of all sales and promotions.
Why did I receive a fraudulent transaction email from Norma?
This typically happens when our address verification system is unable to verify some or all of your billing address. We send out the email with a summary of your order for you to verify to ensure that you placed the order. Once you respond to the email, we will continue processing your order.
My ammo is defective, can I send it back for a refund?
Please send pictures of the ammo and make sure the defects or damage is shown to email@example.com and someone from the warranty team will get in contact with you.
I didn’t receive my order, what can you guys do for me?
If the order is lost in transit, we can reship or refund your order. If the tracking has a proof of delivery, I can provide you with documentation to start a claim with FedEx, UPS, ABF, etc.
(Dealers) Do you offer ACH payments?
Yes, we do offer ACH payments however our process is a little different- We can issue you our ACH form with our bank information on it and after you place an order, you will have to initiate the ACH payment with your bank institution.
(Dealers) Can I place an order and call in a pay for it?
Yes, we will make 3 attempts to collect payment from you via phone and email- After 3 attempts we will have to cancel your order.
(Dealers) I am interested in becoming a dealer, how do I start the process?
